We offer free shipping throughout mainland France on orders over €350 excluding VAT (with the exception of wooden trellises: free shipping starts at €1,000 excluding VAT - for all orders under €1,000, a shipping fee of €90 excluding VAT will apply).
For all orders under €350 excluding VAT, we apply a flat shipping fee of €90 excluding VAT.
Our goal is to calculate shipping costs as accurately as possible while negotiating the best rates with our carriers to pass the savings on to you. We do not apply any markup on this service, as we want to offer the lowest prices on the market and immediate availability.
Our logistics team pays particular attention to the preparation of your packages to guarantee you receive them in the best possible condition. Taking into account the size and fragility of certain materials, all means are used to protect your order and ensure you receive quality service.
Delivery Methods
Deliveries are generally made using a truck equipped with a liftgate and pallet jack.
For large packages, such as ponds, large-format water tables, etc., it is sometimes necessary to use 38-ton trucks.
We can deliver the goods either to your business - if you have handling equipment - or directly to the worksite (at your client's location). In the latter case, it is necessary to provide a means of unloading. For an additional charge, we can provide delivery with a truck-mounted forklift. This service may incur an additional delay.
We apply the same pricing conditions regardless of your order, your geographical location (mainland France, excluding Corsica), and the size of your products.
